1. Web Groups Manager  2.  3Finger Story Writers  3. Game Artists  4. Game Designers  5. Client Side Programmers (Android Developers)  6. Server Side Programmers  7. Game Editors

1. Web Groups Manager:

·  Responsibilities:

·  Help to create and maintain groups on the internet like RenRen group, Facebook public page,etc.

·  Manage and help create social media content to propagate the ideas of 3 fingers and maintain the public relationship between 3 fingers and Internet users.

·  Requirements:

·  Share the same world view with 3fingers

·  Interested in communication with internet

·  You must work well in our group, and lead by example

·  You can work at our computers in the Beijing CBD office or coordinate from your home

2.  3Finger Story Writers

·  Responsibilities:

·  Create new stories and background stories for 3 Finger games and adventures .

·  Create stories for the cartoon series.

·  Write scripts for the 3 Finger Themed games.

·  Requirements:

·  Interested in Designing Games or Cartoon Series

·  Have a few portfolio samples, sketches or scripts to show past work

·  Great Imagination, creative thinking and story generating skills

·  You can work alone or in our group, but cooperative spirit is important

·  You can work in our beautiful, creative office in Beijing CBD or from your home

·  Experience in Game Design is a big plus

3. Game Artists

·  Responsibilities:

·  Design the overall out look of the game, create the artistic style of the game

·  Design the game User Interface UI

·  Draw pictures for the game

·  Adapt existing 3Fingers artwork to new professional level

·  Make animation of 3 Finger Characters

·  Requirements:

·  Prefer if you have skill with Photoshop or any special painting tools.

·  Prefer you to have skills with 3D , able to use 3Ds Max or other tools

·  You can work alone or in our group, but cooperative spirit is important

·  You can work in our beautiful, creative Beijing CBD office or from your home

4. Game Designers

·  Responsibilities:

·  Design the World System of the games

·  Design the rules of the game

·  Understand the market and make the game interesting and fun for a large segment of population

·  Requirements:

·  Interested in game playing and game design

·  Have you own view of game

·  Be logical

·  Good skill in document writing.

·  Good at painting and coordinating with artists is a plus

·  You can work alone or in our group, but cooperative spirit is important

·  You can work in our beautiful, creative Beijing CBD office or from your home

5. Client Side Programmers (Android Developers)

·  Responsibilities:

·  Design the game program on Mobile Phones (We’ll start with Android first)

·  Coding the game.

·  Work together with Game Editor designer and Game Server designer

·  Requirements:

·  Basic knowledge of Java

·  Already have knowledge in Android programming or willing to learn it.

·  You can work alone or in our group, but cooperative spirit is important

·  You can work in our beautiful, creative Beijing CBD office or from your home

6. Server Side Programmers

·  Responsibilities:

·  Design the game on the server side

·  Coding the server side with stable code

·  Maintain the game and share the maintenance procedures

·  Analyze the data collected from the game

·  Requirements:

·  Good knowledge in Java or other programming language

·  Have some project experience at work or school

·  Knowledge of network programming and multi-thread programming is a plus

·  Knowledge of frameworks like Mina is a plus

·  Knowledge of Linux is a plus

·  Good logic and strong sense of quality

·  You can work alone or in our group, but cooperative spirit is important

·  You can work in our beautiful, creative Beijing CBD office or from your home

 
7. Game Editors

·  Responsibilities:

·  Create game editors like animation editor and map editor, etc

·  Design the data format of game resources

·  Prepare and provide API for other game developers

·  Prepare and Provide other tools for game designers or artists.

·  Requirements:
·  Knowledge of Java programming.

·  Knowledge of UI development

·  You can work alone or in our group, but cooperative spirit is important
