BECOME A CLIMATE CHANGE AMBASSADOR
The Institute’s first Climate Change Ambassador to Canada is Julianna Slomka, in British Columbia. 
Julianna has organized school visits, promoted community participation and 
informed Canadian citizens of the first year anniversary of the 3 finger “Peace Plus One” Sustainability Symbol.
Julianna is a dynamic, creative person who is becoming well known for her passions for dancing the Argentine Tango, her artistic expression in drawing, painting on canvas and unique jewelery.
A community-minded person, Julianna is a wonderful representative for the Institute’s message of personal balance of Society, Environment, Economy. Julianna volunteers to help any member of Society in need, is Environmentally
conscious in her daily activities and participates fully in sustaining a healthy, vibrant Local Economy where she lives.
Julianna creatively promoted and organized a Celebration of the February 1st Sustainability Symbol Anniversary.
Global Climate Change Ambassador Freddy Law, from Hong Kong.
Freddy learned about the 3 finger Sustainability Symbol as an organizer of an AIESEC Conference on Student Leadership (hosted at Hong Kong Polytechnic University in 2007) where he and hundreds of Climate Change Agents from around the world learned how to share the concepts behind the 3 finger Sustainability Symbol.
Freddy was appointed NATIONAL CLIMATE CHANGE AMBASSADOR for Hong Kong SAR for his enthusiasm and creativity in sharing the 3 finger Sustainability Symbol and the deep meaning and methodologies behind sustainability.
Since that time, Freddy has been traveling the world, working for Google in India, AIESEC and helping Students around the world find internships in exciting companies in exotic locations.
Freddy has now become a GLOBAL CLIMATE CHANGE AMBASSADOR for the Institute, because he shares a global perspective, always keeps in touch with the Institute, tells us about his adventures and how he is sharing the meaning of the 3 finger Sustainability Symbol with everyone he meets, in Asia, Europe, South America and around the world.
Freddy started as a Climate Change Agent just like you, and now this young man has become the first Global Climate Change Ambassador! Woo Hoo! GO FREDDY!
We continue to look for Climate Change Ambassadors, first as Climate Change Agents, then as National Ambassadors and ultimately as Global Ambassadors.

In your daily activities, simply consider the impacts and consequences of your actions in the framework of three dimensions: Society, Environment and Economy… Think Three Ways - and get creative in finding alternatives to the way things have been done in the past.. it’s YOUR FUTURE… invent it using 3 fingers!

ARMS REDUCTION COALITION (ARC) INITIATIVE IN LIBYA
Concerned by the obstacles, threats and difficulties that the large amounts of arms in circulation in New Libya pose to the maintenance of peace and security and to Non-Governmental Organisations and UN departments in carrying out their work;
Concerned by the disproportionately large amount of the world’s human and economic resources being expended on arms;
? Recalling Article 26 of the United Nations (UN) Charter which calls for “the least diversion for Armaments of the world’s human and economic resources”;
ARC initiative in New Libya by implementing an effective disarmament, demobilization and reintegration programmeis is a national effort formed in 2013, as a Peace Choir of academia, business leaders, youth and children. It is a part of non-profit making international NGO, founded by UN expert distinguished Prof Dr S. Bindra in Libya appointed by and reporting to the Director-General of UNESCO. ARC initiative in New Libya mission is to:
“Working towards promoting a New Libya in which non violent interactions and social equity are the norm”. Its vision is to become the leading civil organization championing the culture of peace in Libya.
It aims and objectives are:
a) To promote education for peace and fostering positive values, behaviors and attitudes to build a culture of peace for National Development
b) To stimulate institutional linkages between national and international partners and building a participatory process for sustainable peace and development.
c) To conduct strategic policy oriented research into mechanisms that promote social cohesions for integration of peace building in the policy planning processes for sustainable peace and New Libya National Development.
It promotes friendship worldwide and offers constructive support to friends. It has a membership of approximately 160,000 people who are giving or receiving care under programmes in more than 55 countries.
